We aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. All orders are processed within 48 hours. Once your order has been processed, tracking information will be available within 1–3 days, meaning you can expect to track your order within 1–5 days after placing it.
Shipping times vary depending on your location. For the United States, delivery typically takes 5–9 business days. Canada orders arrive within 6–12 business days, while Australia takes around 7–13 business days. Orders to the United Kingdom and Germany usually arrive within 6–13 business days. For most European countries (including the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, and more), delivery takes approximately 8–13 business days.
For Asia, shipping times are generally faster, with Singapore taking 4–8 business days, and countries such as Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, and South Korea taking 4–9 business days. The Philippines typically takes 6–14 business days, while Vietnam and Cambodia take 7–13 business days. Hong Kong and Macau orders can arrive in as little as 3 business days. Deliveries to the UAE typically take 6–15 business days. For all other countries, shipping generally takes between 8–18 business days.
The majority of our shipments are fully tracked. Most orders are handled by reliable logistics partners and can be tracked via 17track.net. Tracking details will be provided as soon as they become available.

Please note that during high-volume periods, particularly from August to November, customs inspections may cause slight delays of 1–2 additional business days.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at copthiscase@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue, which may take up to 5 business days, and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
If you receive the wrong item or your order is missing items, please contact us with photo evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.
